Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Shipping time
Average shipping time is 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are averages, not guarantees; carrier, weather, and customs delays may occasionally affect delivery.

Shipping countries
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European countries available at checkout.

Tracking
Tracked shipping is included with every order. Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch.

Duties and import fees
Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees applied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
