Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders CA$50 and over; CA$6.95 standard shipping on orders under CA$50, and tracking is included with every order. Tracking information is provided as soon as it is available.

Processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the order date. Our estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.

Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, seasonal volume, address accuracy, and fulfillment source. The 3–7 business day estimate is not a guarantee, and delivery can occasionally take longer when these factors affect an order.

Shipping destinations

Luna Bags currently ships to Canada and the United States only. The destinations available at checkout are the destinations we currently support.

Customs delays and replacement shipments

Customs authorities may occasionally hold an order. If an order remains held by customs for more than 30 calendar days from the order date, please contact us with your order details. Luna Bags will send a replacement at no additional charge.

Taxes, duties, and import fees

Product and shipping prices shown on our site exclude applicable sales taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

For Canadian deliveries, GST/HST is charged on taxable orders at the applicable rate based on the delivery destination. Other applicable provincial taxes may also be calculated at checkout where required.

For U.S. deliveries, any applicable state or local sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout where required. U.S. tax collection depends on state rules, nexus, and registration requirements.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination or carrier fees are separate from sales taxes and may apply. Unless a charge is shown at checkout, these destination-country charges are the customer’s responsibility. Taxes are determined by the applicable rules for the delivery destination; the sourcing or fulfillment route does not by itself remove an applicable tax.
